Access Methods Transfer funds to an ACU savings/checking account or request a check via the following options:
 
  • Online through Online Banking - transfer funds into your checking or savings (check requests are not available via Online banking)
  • Automated Phone Requests - using Audio Response Teller (A.R.T.) take an advance 24/7
  • Live by Phone - Call any ACU office during business hours to request an advance over the phone
  • In person - visit any ACU office
