May 31 - June 2, 2025

Due to our current computer system being retired, Abri will upgrade to a new data processing system on June 2. Abri Branches will be open during normal business hours.

Online Services listed below will be unavailable during the upgrade as follows:

  • Online and Mobile Banking
    Saturday, 5/31 from 2 p.m. - June 2 at 8 a.m. CST
  • Mobile Deposit
    Thursday, 5/29 from 1 p.m. - June 2 at 8 a.m. CST

Important Changes

General

Sub Numbers

Sub numbers on your account will change. Your main account number will remain the same.

If you do not see a product or service listed below, then there is no change because of the upgrade.

Online & Mobile Banking

NEW Login Defense

Login Defense will provide extra security for you when using online and mobile banking.

Please note that all users will be required to:

  • Create new security questions
  • Use multifactor authentication including text/call verification
  • Accept our terms and conditions

Viewing Cleared Checks prior to May 31, 2025

After the upgrade on June 2, you will not be able to view cleared check images prior to May 31, in online or mobile banking. Abri can provide you with a copy of your check image(s) prior to May 31, at no charge. To request a cleared check image please email [email protected] or call us at (815) 267-7700.

Closed Loans will appear in Online and Mobile Banking

After June 2, paid-off loans will be listed in online and mobile banking for 12 months after they are paid off.
 

Transfer Now

If you use Transfer Now, we encourage you to re-set up any transfers you have after June 2 to ensure they go to the correct account since your sub-account numbers will be changing after our data processing system upgrade.
