A vote will be held for the following slate of candidates:

Please note that all permanent proxies will be cast in support of the above slated candidates.

All members may vote their shares in person or designate another member to vote their shares by proxy.

Proxy forms are available at all ACU offices.

If unslated candidates wish to run as independent candidates, the process is as follows:

1) Nominations for the ACU Board may be made by petition signed by at least 25 members.
2) Such nominations must be accompanied by a statement from the nominee stating that he/she is agreeable to the nomination and will serve if elected to office.
3) All nominations shall be filed with the Board Secretary by February 9, 2026.
4) Such nominations will be posted at ACU on or before February 13, 2026.
