Mobile App One-Time Passcode Coming

Beginning on 9/21/21 our mobile app verification process is changing and will prompt you to enter a One-Time Passcode (OTP) from time to time.

Important Things to Know

  • If you have logged onto our website from a desktop computer or web browser in the past, you have already set up this verification process and a code will be sent to the number you indicated previously.
  • If you have not logged onto our desktop site and only use the mobile app, you will be prompted to set up this feature by choosing a phone number associated with your credit union accounts to receive the code.
  • If your phone number is not currently updated on your Abri accounts, please contact us at [email protected] or call (815) 267-7700 so we can help you get it updated.
