Online access to Abri Credit Card information will be unavailable from Thursday, 9/16/2021 until early morning on Monday, 9/20/2021 while we upgrade your online experience. The look and feel will change, but all of your information will remain the same. We apologize for the disruption in availability of your credit card information online.

Do I have to re-register?

No, all of your login information will remain the same.

Can I use my credit card to make purchases during the upgrade?

Yes, you can use your card to make purchases. Purchases will not be impacted by the upgrade.

Will my previous payment information that was stored in the Credit Card Online portal be available after the upgrade?

Yes, all of your payment information will convert over to the new system.

Can Abri provide information regarding my credit card during the upgrade?

Yes, contact us during regular business hours, and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I order a replacement card during the upgrade?

No, unfortunately we will not be able to order replacement cards from 9/7 to 9/20.

Will my statements move over to the new Credit Card Online portal?

Yes, your archived statements will be available in the new portal.
