Directors are elected by the Membership.
Responsibilities

Board members set the strategic direction of the Credit Union through:

  • Policies 
  • Business plans
  • Budgets
  • Expenditures
     

The Board is responsible for the health and growth of the Credit Union.

Pay None
Board members are reimbursed a fixed amount per meeting to cover the cost of meals and transportation.
Requirements
  • Member in good standing of the Credit Union
  • Must be bondable
  • Prepare for and attend monthly meetings and other social/business events
  • Serve on at least one committee
