Number of Directors	9 Directors are elected by the Membership.
Responsibilities	Board members set the strategic direction of the Credit Union through: Policies Business plans Budgets Expenditures The Board is responsible for the health and growth of the Credit Union.
Pay	None Board members are reimbursed a fixed amount per meeting to cover the cost of meals and transportation.
Requirements	Member in good standing of the Credit Union Must be bondable Prepare for and attend monthly meetings and other social/business events Serve on at least one committee
Meetings	Monthly Board meetings Annual Membership meeting Annual Strategic Planning Session Monthly Committee meetings
Board Meeting Location	Romeoville Office 1350 W. Renwick Road Romeoville, IL 60446
Board Officers	Officers elected by the Board are: Chair Vice-Chair Secretary Treasurer
Committees	Committees appointed by the Board include: Supervisory Asset/Liability Management Committee (ALCO) Strategic Planning CEO Review/Compensation Nominating & other short-lived and/or ad-hoc committees
