Overview

Get Started | BankITPayIT | Self Service | Need Help | Service Terms & Conditions


The Overview screen is the first screen you see once you login to online banking. It provides you with quick access to the following:

 


Account Balances

  • Displays the first five accounts from the account summary list
  • Accounts displayed on the Overview page can be selected under the Self Service tab>Preferences

Quick Transfer

  • Transfer between checking and deposit accounts
  • Make payment transfers to loans, mortgages, or credit card accounts

Alerts & Notices

  • Recent alerts regarding final payments, final transfers, and returned payments
  • Important messages from ACU
  • Clicking on the preview will display the full message

Scheduled Payments

  • Displays up to 4 scheduled payments
  • Recurring payments have a  icon
  • Clicking on the merchant name will display details for that payment
  • Schedule a Payments link for quick access to setup payments

Scheduled Transfers

  • Displays up to 3 scheduled transfers
  • Recurring transfers have an   icon
  • Clicking on the account name will display the details for that transfer
  • Schedule a Transfer link for quick access to schedule transfers
     

How to End Your Session
Upon completion of your online banking activities, be sure to use the EXIT link that appears at the top of every page.  If you do not use the link upon leaving, you will be unable to access the system for approximately ten minutes.  If you try to re-enter, you will receive an error message indicating that you are already logged on to the system.

When you have questions or need help, you have several resources: this online Guide to Services, online help within online banking and ACU Member Services through the MailIT activity or by telephone.

  • Online - help is available at the top of every Online Banking screen.  Simply select the screen that you need help with while online and click Help at the top right of the screen.
  • Email - Use the MailIT activity in Online Banking to send a secure message to ACU Member Services.  Please note that responses to email questions will be returned during ACU E-Service hours shown below.
  • By Phone - Call (815) 267-7700 or toll free (886) 469-6228 during business hours

ACU E-Service Hours:

Monday to Friday  9 am - 5 pm
Please note that after hours calls are answered by a voice mail system.
