Online Banking gives you 24 hour access to your accounts online or with a web ready cell phone. It provides you with the following menu options, Overview, BankITSM, PayITSM (only shown if selected), and Self ServiceSM. These functions allow you to perform transactions, download your account history, pay bills, communicate with ACU Member Services, and update personal information quickly and easily. These services provide secure access and put you in control of your transactions.
Step 1: Enter your Logon ID that you received in your welcome letter, in the box under the ACU logo on the left-hand side of the home page. The first time you use the service you will be directed to the Enhanced Authentication enrollment.
Step 2: Select an image and pass-phrase (not your security code)
Step 3: Select and provide the answers to three challenge questions.
Step 4: Once enrollment is completed, please change your temporary security code by going to the Self Service tab under Security Information. Choose the option Change Your Security Code. Your selection can be an 8-16 alphanumeric code using at least two letters and two numbers. Special characters will not be accepted. Protect this code and change it often.
Step 5: We also recommend that you change your Logon ID from your social security number to an ID of your choice. You can also do this under the Self Service tab under Security Information. Your choice can be between 6 and 50 alpahnumeric characters.
If you forget your security code you may request a temporary code under the security code box link "Forgot Security Code" An email will be sent with your temporary code within 15 minutes. You can also call ACU Member Services at (815) 267-7700 or (866) 469-6228 during business hours.

Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Please note that after hours calls are answered by a voice mail system.
